Overview

VCV Rack is a free and open-source virtual modular synthesizer that emulates a Eurorack-style modular system in software. Users patch together software modules with virtual cables to build custom synthesizers and signal chains.

It is aimed at modular synthesis enthusiasts and experimental producers, and runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux as a standalone app (with a paid Pro version that also runs as a plugin).
