Loopcloud is a cloud-connected sample-library application from Loopmasters that provides access to millions of royalty-free samples, loops, MIDI files, and presets. It syncs with your DAW so you can preview, edit, and drag sounds directly into projects.

It is aimed at producers who want to search and audition a large sound catalog alongside their own sample collection, available on macOS and Windows with a subscription. The subscription includes cloud-connected instrument plugins.
